The YD program completed both of its summer session events and the girls did great. The first event was the Tonka Splash tournament and the group competed in the U11 group. They played hard and defeated the Shakopee team 3-2 for the groups first win of the year. In the second event the All American Cup the girls found a 3-3 tie against Edina and played competitively in the games.
The girls are learning and developing each day and we hope they continue with the fall and winter programs that will be coming out shortly.
