The FIRE SC coaches and staff are a dedicated group who believe in player development as a corner stone of the the club.  We have consistently helped develop players to play at the ECNL and GA levels in Minnesota and while we never want to see a player leave the family we want them to continue to challenge themselves and be there best.  In addition to player development we have consistently had success with developing players for college programs at all levels across the country.  Please click on the College Players page for more information. 

FIRE SC is a family and many of the current coaches were players for the club previously and believe in the model, philosophy and direction that each age group, team and club is pointing.  We believe the the FIRE players are all part of the family of the club and often players play up or down as would help challenge them in their stages of development.  These opportunities are meant to always do what is right for the player while maintaining high competitive expectations of every team.
