Aaron Tilsen

Aaron has been coaching youth teams since the summer of 1995 with the Blackhawks of St. Paul. In 1998 Aaron and two fellow coaches Matt St. Martin and Mickey McNeill started the Twin Cities Fire Soccer Club. Along the way Aaron has coached at St. Paul Central, Robbinsdale Cooper, Spring Lake Park, Forest Lake, Bloomington Jefferson and Park Center High Schools. His teams have won dozens of MYSA League championships over the years and many MYSA State Tournament Championships. Aaron has coached the only two FIRE teams to attend the REGION 2 Championships and has travelled to some of the best showcases with his teams.

Cameron O'Malley

Cam began his coaching in 1990 helping the teams his mom (Bonnie) coached with the Maplebrook Soccer Club. He has coached boys and girls team every year since. His ability to develop players and lead them to collegiate soccer opportunities is unmatched in Minnesota. Nearly 200 players have played on teams he has coached and gone on to play in college. He has coached an All American, National Champions and players on all levels of the NCAA and NAIA. Cam has coached at Armstrong, Cooper, Forest Lake, Irondale, Hill Murray and Roseville High Schools over the years and each time players have benefited from his coaching.

Raul Garcia III

Current assistant coach at University of Minnesota Mankato women’s soccer. Raul has coached club soccer for over 10 years and has coached multiple league champions during that time.

Kristy "Webb" Hope

Kristy has coached club soccer for 10 seasons after completing her playing career at FIU (NCAA D1). Kristy played for FIRE and Irondale HS growing up and has returned home with her family to coach and live in the area.
